Important Dates and Day of Schedule

Final Registration Deadline for ALL Projects*: January 13, 2023.

Final date for high school student to submit Abstract: March 3, 2023.

Final date for middle school student to submit Abstract: March 3, 2023.

*Some projects require approval by EWRSEF staff before data can be collected. This includes projects that use lab-grade chemicals; biological materials, tissues, or cells; microorganisms; vertebrate animals; humans (including survey studies); blood or blood products; or any other activity that has a certain amount of risk (more than normal household/school use).

The EWRSEF will be in person in 2023.

Parking will be free to participants, teachers, and judges.  Parking areas will be similar to 2017 on this WSU Spokane campus map.
